Ronald H. Otis
Chairman and Founder
Ron Otis founded Otis Properties in 1956. Over the past 65 years, Ron has been the driving force behind Otis Properties' exponential growth and has established himself as one of Canada's most well respected commercial real estate developers. Under his leadership, Otis Properties has gone on to develop millions of square feet of commercial space in communities across Canada and the United States of America. At age 84, Ron continues to lead the Otis team in its commitment to building great tenant relationships and retail developments across North America.

Brian Otis
Chief Executive Officer
Brian holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from the University of Michigan. Brian joined Otis Properties in 1992 and utilizes his expertise in creative client driven solutions. Brian is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of all development activities. He has built strong strategic partnerships with key service providers and vendors. He oversees all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions, initial property assessments, programming, and site selection. He has one of the broadest technical expertise in the industry which allows him to build and maintain close working relationships with senior business leaders. Prior to joining Otis Properties, Brian worked as an architect for a National retailer.

Philip Otis
President
Philip joined Otis Properties in 1995 and is responsible for property valuations, financial and development analysis, complex lease negotiations, and the acquisition, creation, and restructuring of ground leases. Moreover, he is also responsible for developing business partnerships as well as leading forecasting and financial analysis efforts. Prior to joining Otis Properties, Philip ran a law practice in Toronto.

Jonathan Otis
Vice President
Jonathan is the lead legal counsel for Otis Properties. He is responsible for managing and advising the senior executive team on legal and corporate governance matters. He develops and administers best practice leasing and acquisition processes to improve transparency and increase productivity. Jonathan co-ordinates closely with outside legal counsel, brokerage, insurance, tax, finance and other consultants. Prior to joining Otis Properties, Jonathan practiced law in Toronto.

Daniel Olin
Senior Director, Leasing and Land Development
Daniel Olin joined Otis Properties in 2008 and is the Senior Director, Leasing and Land Development. Daniel is responsible for growing, managing, and maintaining relationships with national and international retail tenants. He is also responsible for managing all aspects of site development. Daniel is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres and serves on the Next Generation committee.

Susan Snow
Manager, Properties and Facilities
Susan joined Otis Properties in 2005 and is responsible for the management of activities, services, and processes that support the core business. Susan and her staff handle all procurement and contract management, all business operations, and interface with our on-site property managers, commercial tenants, and outside accountants. Susan provides regular financial analyses of key performance markers for our developed properties. Prior to joining Otis Properties, Susan worked in the financial services industry for 16 years with direct account/investment responsibilities for retail and commercial clients.

Stacey Otis
Secretary
Stacey has over 20 years of experience as an office administrator and manager. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of all personnel and third party suppliers and contractors. She also provides administrative leadership for the office and acts as a liaison between office staff and management.
